Ray Winstone was awarded Best Actor Award at the 12th Shanghai TV Festival in June 2006 for his performance in SWEENEY TODD.
SWEENEY TODD premiered on BBC1 on 3rd January 2006 to excellent reviews and achieved ratings of 6.7m (27.4% share) – it was the BBC's highest rating single drama of 2006.
